    I assume by “this” you are talking about killing children.
    Well, in Fallout and Fallout 2, you can do pretty much anything you want.
    And, IIRC, in Fallout 2, there’s a place called Den where children try to steal from you. These children are, unlike the ones in Fallout 3, mortal.
