Are you trolling or have you never tried them?
There are certain pharmaceuticals and such that cause physiological changes that one really can’t have any control over. For the most part though, people usually just use the fact that other people know they’re not sober to do stupid shit.
Similar to the people who say things like drugs make you lose things like morals, ethics, dignity, etc. and then go out and imbibe alcohol just to have an excuse to be an ass, slut, or both.
