A double mastectomy has that effect.
I believe she’s had reconstructive surgery. They may not have mammary tissue in them, but they’ll look and feel the same.
I’ll tell you first hand, they do … and she does have a little fur

PETA is a terrorist organization… this might as well be an ad for Al-Qaeda… because they pull the same stunts.
Now that’s just stupid. Yeah, animal rights protesters have done some pretty awful things. But they limit to property damage. Al-Qaeda decapitates people and sends the video of it to the media. That’s a pretty big difference.
