it looks like bob the builder’s retarded brother, Hank. Yes, Hank the builder, known for his almond eyes and shimmering, drool stained chins. Tools and tractors don’t talk to him, but Hank to they. Bob is relocating him to Texas where Hank will be put on death row for being retarded.

Like Down’s Syndrome produces a very specific look, among other genetic factors.

My guess would be a congenital predisposition for extensive facial fatty deposits above normal, but beyond that I don’t know…

This is not necessarily true. There is a genetic component to where fat is deposited on a persons body. Yes, with morbidly obese people there is a greater likelihood of excessive facial fat deposits, but it does not always work that way. Some peoples genes simply make them more likely to have a lot of fat deposited in their face than others at the same BMI.
