Whats a little pain compared to knowing the mysteries of a magic lightning machine?
I think the scientist would break out the faraday cage before trying again.. but yes, he still would try again.
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different answer.
That being said, I’d check to make sure it did that every time.
