RE: the caption. If you can’t figure it out from the other comments posted so far, the top picture is an AC-130 Spectre Gunship. The Helicopter is a Russian MI-24 Hind D. (Possibly the scariest flying machine ever built.) There are countries that no longer exist because of the abomination. Gotta love cold war era russian engineering.
The bottom helicopter is a US AH-64A Apache attack helicopter and is bad ass in it’s own right as well.
Those aren’t guns those are helicopters, silly.

The Spectre Rocks, I feel sorry for the crews…they are away more than they are home…and their planes look like swiss cheese because they’ve been shot up so much. Still wicked cool.
