Donville for Rating: We followed the size chart ectlaxy and were disappointed to find the small costume, which arrived quickly, was too small for our 4 year old who fit both the height weight chart listed by Rubies. Worse, Future Memories charges an undocumented 20% restocking fee so it is barely worth my return postage to get my money back.
