This little timeline/chart is pretty useless unless its meant for people who really have no earthly clue about the history of things. Kind of like most people in modern society….

@...goatsgomoo: I have a 21 inch monitor at 1600×1200 resolution, and it’s all fuzzy. I think the person who scanned this in has a fail scanner.

I have dual 22″ monitors at 1680×1050.
On an XP laptop or LCD, consider turning on: Display Properties > Appearance > Effects > Clear Type. It isn’t the default. ClearTweak is a free utility that will tune it further if desired. That being said, this picture is readable but fuzzy.
Got a 40″ but anyway one of the reasons the economy sucks is because of the greedy CEO’s that gut their company for their own personal gain and then cut just before it all turns to shit to get their severance package of hundreds of millions. They should all rot in hell. Or better yet make them live in the slums for the rest of their lives working two or three jobs on minimum wage just trying to make ends meet.
