    I’d say Photoshopped. If that pattern had appeared already, it would be classified and breeders would offer it with a fancy name.

    It is not shopped or a specific breed.

    This is a craze created by pet-crazy people who paint their cats.

    They pay hundreds every month; do a google search for “painted cats”.
