The color scheme screams “80’s strip club”
This is from a supermarket chain in southwestern Wisconsin, northwestern Illinois and, I believe, far eatern Iowa. There was a Dicks in my hometown. I HAD ONE OF THESE CARD!!!! This card also made it’s way onto Jay Leno and onto several talk radio/morning shows back in the early to mid 90s. Everytime I used it I had to laugh!
