Of course, if you eat healthy and don’t exercise, you still may end up fat, so maybe a healthy lifestyle can’t be boiled down to two words.

I was wondering why it was in English also.
However, it seems like only in certain nations can you “eat healthy” and still end up obese. How the U.S. tops that list, well… according to these people, every person with bad metabolism in their genetics migrated to the U.S. in the last 200 years. Strange how that works out. Couldn’t be lifestyle or anything.
