Always have mad respect for this. An obvious demonstrations that ballerinas are athletes. First the raw muscular power to hold the poses that they have to deliver, coupled with the explosive power needed to deliver the lunging jumps, and then add the Stockholm syndrome level of fat reduction (because abuse by trainers) (and if you did 12 hours of exercise a day, you’d burn off any reserves).

Kinda like watching Eddie Van Halen, and you’d think to yourself “that doesn’t look hard, I could do that”, to find out that you are not Eddie at all.

And to continue a phrase, any one know who the model is, just asking for a friend?
