  • Arrow

Created by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg. With Stephen Amell, Katie Cassidy, David Ramsey, Susanna Thompson. Spoiled billionaire playboy Oliver Queen is missing and presumed dead when his yacht is lost at sea. He returns five years later a changed man, determined to clean up the city as a hooded vigilante armed with a bow.

After eight years of television, and overstaying it’s welcome by about 3 years, the show is finally over. There was a point where I was just fast forwarding through the awkward action scenes to just find out what drama was happening each episode. There were many times that I walked away from the series completely, just to be pulled back in when I heard about a cool thing they were doing.

It was standard CW stuff, but Stephen Amell will always have a special spot in my heart, he was the only reason that I bought a PayPerView of a wrestling event, and he’ll be the reason that I watch whatever the hell he ends up doing next.

    The Good Place

Created by Michael Schur. With Kristen Bell, William Jackson Harper, Jameela Jamil, D’Arcy Carden. Four people and their otherworldly frienemy struggle in the afterlife to define what it means to be good.

I’m happy to see it end when it did, but man am I sad it’s over. This was one of the smartest, most uplifting, and intelligently interesting shows that was on tv.
