    I always assumed that the Kindle books were locked down, so I never even tried to move them around my own device network. There’s an app on pretty much all my devices to read Kindle stuff anyways, so what would be the point, other than archiving them?

    …maybe that’s a good enough reason with the post-permanence world we’ve found ourselves in.
