Guitar posts are fine. But for the love of all that’s holy, STOP CALLING BASSES “GUITARS”. They’re gawddammed basses, for Chrissakes. I don’t give a shit that they are part of the guitar family. They are exclusively referred to as a “bass” or “bass guitar”, and NEVER just “guitar”. A motorcycle is technically a bicycle, but you would never do this to a motorbike.

Why do you hate basses? What the fuck did basses ever do to you? Did Flea sleep with your mom? You’re killing me. Seriously, you’re fucking killing me here.

They cannot. THEY. CANNOT. I will die on this hill, gawdammit. Find me an example. Find me a single example – not some rando post from a mouth breathing cretin whose parents hated them, but from a serious publication or a musician – calling a bass a “guitar”. I’ll wait.
