    Hey there Conan! I can’t read the plates and there is no street signage. Other than the narrow residential streets with external stairs to the apartments, how’d you know?

    That’s a 1958 Quebec license plate. QUEBEC-58 across the top in square letters and the fleur de lis in the middle…

    Plus, this looks just like all the old neighborhoods near Olympic Stadium.
    Take a stroll down Orleans Avenue on google maps…you’ll see a lot of architecture that looks just like this…
