that would be a fully automatic weapon which none of the school shooters or mass shooters have used , therefore your argument is invalid.

bump stock – Vegas
weapons illegally modified to shoot full auto. ATF said there was a 500% increase, 1500 full auto weapons seized in 2021 up from 300 in 2020. Full auto hand guns used in Sacramento mass shooting less than two months ago.

bump stocks are overrated and inaccurate, Sacramento was a shootout between rival gangs , fired over 100 shots and only 6 died and 12 injured. so 18 out of over 100 rounds hit targets , they probably would have done more carnage without the full auto as they are generally uncontrollable spray and pray weapons unless you do a shitload of practice with them. . . but hey , I thought the “your argument is invalid” part would be enough for people to realize I was being sarcastic so what do I know LOL

13 rounds a second is pretty exceptional, but I know even with a regular ol’ glock I can empty a full magazine in like three seconds, maybe four if I’m distracted.
