Working from home has increased my team’s productivity and drastically reduced stress because we’re not commuting. Some of us are putting in more hours because of that lack of commute. We’ve been far more willing to stay a little late to push something over the line because we know when we’re done, we just log off and we’re already home. I’m glad we’re not going back to the office any time soon.
