While Michael Myers does return, i can’t shake the feeling that this franchise is chasing something that was lost after the second film, and never really captures in this third outing for Mr Myers. The first two films did suspense and terror perfectly, but “The Return” feels more amped up and action oriented than the origins story, much to it’s own loss.
