Has he always been grandstanding asshole? Like, was he born this way or did it take years to hone?
He is a strict constructionist. There is no constitutional authority for coronavirus relief, or any other federal aid.
Just like there is no authority for the pAtriot act, which he has long been the only senator to oppose.
If more senators were like him, we’d have a lot less police abuse ( at least at the federal level).
I’m a big fan of his neighbor.
