Can’t speak for the other parts, or how / what happens when it mixes with bleach.

But household bleach (normal Clorox, not color 2 or scented) is actually fairly harmless.

I’ve had a couple kids get into it and drink it. Poison control is never Concerned.

Now, super concentrated stuff, like pool bleach, different story.
