    That’s just sort of astonishing. Walk into someone else’s home, shoot them. Under what other circumstance would that person not immediately be put in jail?

    the local cops have handed the case over to the texas rangers and they drew blood from the officer, i’m sure we’re going to find out she wasn’t in the right state of mind

    I think there’s a law that states, that if you deliberately intoxicate yourself to claim Diminished responsibility, you can’t.
    Of course laws are for “peasants”…
