This was fine until they named the girl “Jeremy”, now its just dumb.

Read the third paragraph again. “We’re teaching Jeremy that SHE is allowed to make decisions about HER body.”
Says the guy who’s name is probably a “creative” misspelling of “Kyle.”
So, yeah. Tell us all about names, “Kaill.”

“Kyle”? “Kaill”? Guess neither the coffee nor your eyes are working.
I suspect the name choice is intentional. The suggestion being that when giving the child a name the parents assumed the use of a primarily male name would be appropriate given the anatomy data they had to work with, which is no longer accurate to the child they have, so the name seems a little bit unusual.
