You’re looking for season 5 ep 24 – Yeti.
It’s been a while but I’m pretty sure the Dreaded Batter Pudding hurler is a Neddie policeman story.

I’m going to be starting on the Goons again soon – for the first time in over a decade.

There’s a whole bunch of them on that YouTube link, including The Yehti (yes, it’s spelled that way). I made an awesome SF/comedy connection the other day. The Goons spoofed Nigel Kneale at least three times that I’m aware of. The Red Capsule (Quatermass And The Pit), 1985 (1984) and The Yehti (The Creature). They’re quite specific in the references and time perfectly with the original tv broadcasts. Somebody high five me!
