Hot Rod Show World aka World of Wheels. My dad would take me to these shows down at the Rivergate in New Orleans. I do miss the 70s sometimes.
Too bad it’s not actually a car. I remember this one from the shows, it’s just a shell with an engine and wheels, that’s why the windows are blacked out. Lots of those ” show cars” didn’t run, they just looked pretty.
I suspect the models were the same way.
It looks like a usb stick…
