Hahaha, the guide to facial expressions is great, but according to this my cat likes to be picked up the wrong way.
You should never pick up an adult cat by the nape of the neck.
Seriously. That being there is really bugging me. The rest seems fine.
Grabbing his nape is the only way I can ever get my cat into his carrier without suffering a fatal injury by way of his claws. I don’t carry him around by it, I just grab it and he goes limp. Same goes for my other cat too…
Should be fine as long as you support the butt, and dont carry his weight from the scruff.
