The characters are from Left 4 Dead, but as far as I can tell, it’s not a real mod.

if i’m not mistaken there was DLC planned that brought the characters from both games together. i am hoping this is what i’m looking at (although coach, nick, ellis, and rochelle are conspicuously missing)

Nope, the L4D2 DLC is called The Passing and there’s no posters or anything out for it yet. This is probably a custom campaign that a fan created.

Yeah its not an official thing. look at Zoey’s hand. its the same one from no mercy, I can tell by the pixels, and having seen a few shoops in my time. Also she’s got like 4 extra fingers.
