Spent a couple of weeks on her back in 2000. Great ship. Any ship with 8 reactors is pretty bad-ass though.
Apparently, years before, there were a couple compartments decorated to look like the NCC-1701 Enterprise, but they were long gone by the time I got there. Just a bit of ST memorabilia in the Admiral’s in-port cabin.
An aircraft carrier with enough ordnance and firepower amongst all it’s planes to democratize the shit out of anything. :p
How long/wide is this.
I need to know, it is for a bet.

I remember a kitbash I did quite a few years ago, with models of both Enterprises, the starship and carrier.
Looked pretty cool and, eventually, it burned quite nicely.

Didn’t they revamp the entire “island” somewhat recently? I used to have a model of this when I was a kid and I remember it looking like a flat grey box on a post, with windows –and an odd radar dome that looked like a funny hat.

A couple decades ago, I visited Norfolk when the ENTERPRISE was in. One of the gangways read, “USS ENTERPRISE CVN-65” and the next one said “FLEET STARSHIP”.
