I agree, some parts of the world are simply not ready to rule themselves in a civilized manor where they are not a threat to themselves and others. We need to stop pretending they are.

Yeah, it’s not like they gave birth to civilization thousands of years before it spread to Europe or developed in East Asia or anything!!!!
