It wasn’t pulled so much as it was a test shot for viral marketing. People submitted their emails and were sent coordinates. One email per IP. Each coordinate entered took away a pixel and eventually the defaced picture from www.ibelieveinharveydent.com revealed the pic above.
Also contained in the current “hahahhaha” is the message “see you in December”.
