That’s not true, although they did make buttloads of money. They also had several hits. ROCK AND ROLL ALL NIGHT turned into a fucking anthem. BETH got lots of airplay. HARD LUCK WOMAN got airplay, and Garth Brooks did a cover of it. And NEW YORK GROOVE made the charts as well.
You didn’t notice because you were busy listening to DURAN DURAN in your leisure suit.
Beth was good…..not Simmons or Stanely though.
Although…..they did discover Rush….so one good thing.
