As I’ve mentioned in the past, one of our foster cats named Bellatrix has a diaphragmatic hernia which is allowing her spleen to go into her chest cavity. This can cause breathing issues and can ultimately kill her if not addressed. ECAH has decided to do the surgery but it’s a very complicated surgery and is probably going to be expensive.
