Four power substation facilities were vandalized in Pierce County, Washington, on Christmas morning, knocking out power to more than 14,000 customers.

    Need to start calling these what they are, terrorist attacks on our nation’s power grid. But since they’re PRETTY sure they know who did it they’re not going to use that word.
