    Isn’t this evidence that things weren’t as bad as people feared and news channels “reported”? If there was a true food shortage that was going to put people in actual peril they would have bought the vegan food.

    “Buy the vegan food? No way. I’ll just check back next week.” is a pretty damn great way to get through a shortage that you have such strong faith that there will still be a next week.

    I don’t know about other folks, but I would rather eat vegan than starve.

    I think I read somewhere that this was the result of a power outage and all thi stuff survived the temp change because it was sealed in a particular way.
