Supreme Court limits EPA authority to set climate standards for power plants

The Supreme Court ruled that Congress, not the EPA has authority to set standards on climate-changing greenhouse gas emissions for existing power plants.

    So the Supreme Court has ruled that making the planet inhospitable to human life is okay while at the same time ruling fetuses are people. Seems like two diametrically opposed positions there.
    Do they want people to eat babies? Because this is how you get people eating babies.
