From the “Fine Article” the arrested folks were part of a group that was in “The building was closed to visitors”… how does one get into an area that was “closed to visitors”, by either explicit permission, or exclusive prevention. If they got into unauthorized areas, then that is a demonstration of the area guard incompetence. The journalists were not the sole culprits in this case.
