    This is already a problem and will become worse. It’s nearly impossible to compete with these companies, both large and small, that just buy houses and turn them into rentals. When we sold our last place about 2/3 of the offers we received were from <Something something LLC>. Fortunately someone was dumb enough to put a “no inspection required” clause and they were the highest bidder so an actual family got the place.
