Hey look, it’s the group of people that are wasting government resources. The amount of frivolous lawsuits this is going to create will jam up their court system and cost the tax payers while more meaningful court cases will be held up. And how much money was wasted drafting up and voting on this clearly unconstitutional law?

If these people really wanted to prevent abortion they’d be lobbying for full and comprehensive sex education. But that’s not what they want. They want to keep single issue voters on their side so they can ram through a bunch of other evil shit while they’re in control.

And if they really cared about children they’d be better off spending their time and money on the ones that are already here, not defunding schools and free lunch programs, or passing laws so they can inspect kids’ genitals in order to play sports.

No way in hell is this legal. The first time one of these cases gets to a higher level of court and the plaintiff loses and the defendant then counter sues for court costs and emotional damages no one will dare try this again. Someone, somewhere is going to award that defendant a dumb amount of money for those emotional damages.

Next time Texas threatens to secede, let them. Grant clemency to anyone who wants to get out for a few months.

Silly, it’s not about saving the life of the fetus. It’s about punishing women who have sex out of wedlock.

We know that, but not everyone does unfortunately. Some people do genuinely believe that they’re saving a life, not realizing that what they’re actually doing is ruining (at least) two.
