No one is surprised. McConnell’s been saying this shit since Obama was president. The republicans have become the toddlers of governance who if they can’t get their way exactly the way they want it then everyone, including their own constituents, must suffer. If these people aren’t actually going to govern they need to resign. Without representatives and senators like this we’d actually be able to get things done.
