No way that back plate is legal.

Is there any legal penalty for this? How the fuck did they get out? And if the people in the cars next to this thing can’t get in their vehicles, can they call a tow and the owner of this thing has to pay it? And how come the taillights are still intact? And why isn’t at least one of the tires flat yet?

Locate the spare tire and slash it. By the time they learn about it, they’re far away and also SCREWED.

Were all of the full sized parking spaces filled with compact cars? That happened to with my 1862 Ford Galaxie 500XL Convertible. So, I took two compact spots. A lady got mad at me, until I pointed at the full size spots and said: “COMPACT CAR, COMPACT CAR, COMPACT CAR, COMPACT CAR, COMPACT CAR, COMPACT CAR…” She turned and walked away.

We can’t really tell from this photo. If all other spaces are full, yeah, probably their only choice. If not and they parked here anyhow, then they’re an asshole.

But we can tell that at least they didn’t park in the handicap space that appears to be open in the upper left there. Can’t see if they have a handicap mirror hanger because of that sweet sweet (probably illegal) window tint.
