Crazy enough to do this, crazy enough to not need proof.
The good news is this should be a pretty easy small claims court victory to reclaim damages to get the car repainted.
It’s spraypaint on clear coat, if the car’s been waxed with any degree of regularity you should be able to buff that shit right off… Been there, done that.
Thanks for the tip, sorry you had to deal with this personally. That sucks. Worse I got was an intentional flat tire.
