That’s a 1965 Mustang. They didn’t have the GT package available on the 1964 1/2.
Although…the “J-hook” spare tire hold-down does appear to be from 1964 1/2 Shelby GT350R.
There is no such thing as a 1964 1/2 Shelby anything. And Shelby only made two coupes. This is not one of them.
The valve stem covers look suspect too…
