That’s the speaker. They didn’t used to have radio systems.
I never had a radio piped in through a tube, just through the radio box that you see next to the tube.
The speaker is hanging on the window. You can see it on the top of the side glass, with the cable in the center of it, and the other one facing you. The tube is AC. See the ice bits on the ground?
