Buffalo Police officers are no longer required to display their names on their badges after a change in departmental rules.

    Man, the pigs are getting worse and worse about basic accountability.


    And how quickly will we start seeing the excuse of, “That’s not a registered badge number, must have been someone impersonating an officer. No I don’t know how they were able to steal one of our cruisers and a full kit as well.”

    When the police aren’t held accountable for their actions to the people they are supposed to be serving, congratulations you’ve got the fascism.

    I don’t like this change in policy either, but I can understand a bit where they are coming from since people are doxxing and threatening police officers’ families/kids/etc (at least a dozen Buffalo officers according to this local news story that talks a bit more about that).
