The reason you think Fox is pro-Trump is because they don’t dial the volume to 11 every day on the “Orange Man Bad™” mantra, nor do they have preening journalists like Jim Acosta or Olivia Nuzzi, who want to make headlines for themselves via stupid “Gotcha” questions which editorialize more than they query. Real news consumers (whether it’s your grandpa watching TV news or people like me who want to read or listen to a balance of news sites, leaning left or rightish) will get tired of the same old Trump bashing by the MSM day after day.

Fox does have liberals and partisan Democrats employed by their network (e.g. Donna Brazile, the ex DNC chairwoman who was feeding questions to Hillary prior to CNN debates).

The enemy you really want to get your panties tied up in knots about is OANN. That reminds me I need to call my cable provider to see if I can get them added (for grandpa, of course).
