Traveling For The Holidays?

I’m going to be traveling for a little bit of the holidays, luckily not as much as in the past where I was driving all over the state of Florida.

Without fail though, I’m sure that I’m going to run into some asshat that thinks 5 feet is enough clearance behind me while we’re doing 80 miles an hour on I-10.  The last trip I took there were a couple of idiots doing 90+ on the road flashing their lights at anyone that wouldn’t get out of their way.

I didn’t get out of their way and blocked them in for about 10 miles with the help of a semi truck.

So, I ask of you, what’s the most mind numbing stupid thing you’ve seen  on the road during a holiday trip, either done by someone else or done by yourself?

Actually, the state of Florida (as well as 28 other states) have clear laws designating the left lane as one to be driven, not continuously, but for passing slower traffic. Florida statute 316.081 (provision 3)explicitly states that “a driver may not continue to operate a motor vehicle in the furthermost left-hand lane if the driver knows or reasonably should know that he or she is being overtaken in that lane from the rear by a motor vehicle traveling at a higher rate of speed”.
