X-Men: The Last Stand review

In the climax of the X-Men motion picture trilogy, a ‘cure’ for mutancy threatens to alter the course of history — for the first time, mutants have a choice: retain their uniqueness, though it isolates and alienates them, or give up their powers to fit in.

For me personally, this was the best of the three X-Men movies. The soundtrack, character development and sheer scope of what it was attempting was fantastic. It gets unjustifiably maligned by some comic book fans for moving too quickly or trying to do too much, but I really feel like it didn’t fail in it’s attempts at a larger mutant story than what’s come before.
