National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation review

91mQX3cBPNL. SL1500 841x1024 National Lampoons Christmas Vacation

The comic misadventures of the beleaguered Griswold family continue in this latest “Vacation” outing, the third and most successful of the series.

I’d never seen this movie before and I wish I didn’t have to watch it the way I watched it, live on a shitty cable channel with commercials every 15 minutes. The presentations was terrible and the movie itself didn’t really lend to the format. I wish I had watched this thing back when it was relevant, because now it’s just a crappy movie that everyone tells me I should love but I don’t.

The only funny part was the christmas light hanging.

The cat dude! I fat girl snort every single time that scene is played!

This film is a riot – yes the burned up cat dude, just about every line Randy Quaid utters, Clark’s cursing soliloquy when he gets jelly of the month club as his bonus, the ride out to get the tree…
Should never be watched edited or with commercials, but it’s a great movie.
