what’s been happening in your worlds?
I’m about to think about upgrading MCS’s server, though it’s certainly not required, the host I’m using is offering a 2x faster server for about 20 bucks less than I’m paying now. I think I’ll move to a wordpress Network style installation, which will lead to all sorts of fun options, including giving everyone the ability to register their own blogs.
thoughts on these possibilities?

we’ve tried that, the damn solutions that I found ended up giving everyone the ability to edit anyone’s comment.
it was horrible.

For “ages” one could edit his own comments. And the only editing of comments made by others, was in posts that were awaiting publication. Or did I missed something ?
As for unmoderated blogs, week-long flood of CP, and JB (no, not the Star Trek one), scat, and other shit, will cure you of that.

Seriously though – go for it if you want to. The users of the site will support you and bitch in the usual ratio and if it gives you more interesting choices then why the hell not plus I’m sure you’d like those few extra bucks.
well here’s how I envision it:
The way that the wordpress Network setup works, is that there’s a main blog (that would be www.myconfinedspace.com) then there are sub-blogs, like marauderdeuce.myconfinedspace.com or casemods.myconfinedspace.com People would post what the fuck ever they wanted to their own sites, and if it were front page worthy, a mod would reblog it to the main site with a link back to the originating sub-blog.
There’s already a few subblogs set up with mcs, just not working 100% the way we’d want, nsfw and plus and casemods. I think it’d be a shitty tumblr copy, but one that has all the joys of an unmoderated world (the sub-blogs) with the joys of a moderated one (the main site)
Why should I do anything in a sub-blog if I do not know whether that someone looks or is shown on the main page. I love the main page and the possibility that others can comment on my pictures is awesome.
Would love to have somewhere to put some stuff, I guess.
