    And there goes something like 12% of all in ground known silver deposits covered up under enough dirt to take a decade to uncover.

    it’s a copper mine, silver, gold, and other metals are just a bonus of the refining and smelting process.

    It’s Kennecott Copper mine, located west side of the Salt Lake Valley. google it to get an idea of how effing big the mine is.
